Process:

• Motherboard Wiring and Assembly: Executed precise assembly and wiring of electronics motherboards, ensuring high-quality standards in product builds.

• Software Testing and Programming: Engaged in rigorous testing and programming of educational software, contributing to product enhancement and reliability.

• Lead Generation: Implemented cold calling strategies to generate leads, expanding the customer base and increasing business opportunities.

• Customer Relationship Management: Managed client relations, maintaining high satisfaction rates and consistent communication to foster long-term relationships.

• Virtual Assistance for Summer Camp: Provided virtual support for the electronics summer camp, coordinating activities and ensuring smooth operation.
